9th Circuit Court Blast Cop for Tasering and Says Traffic Laws Not Inherently Dangerous
http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/30/3010.asp “None of the offenses for which Bryan was cited or of which he was suspected is inherently dangerous or violent.” If not wearing a seat belt and “minor” traffic offenses are neither inherently dangerous or violent, then why do we allow the police state to continue harrasing enforcement?
